Vibrant’s first full project was the conversion of Microtel Inn & Suites Woodstock to the Best Western Plus Woodstock Inn & Suites. This hotel was transformed from a 74 unit economy branded hotel into a 62 unit 3 Diamond, Upper mid-scale, select service hotel. Since activation under the Best Western brand the hotel has experienced its highest revenues each month since the property was originally opened in 2009. This was a turn-key renovation and is the first property in Vibrant’s portfolio.
